Daniel has practiced as an appellate litigation attorney and trial support specialist for six years. He began his career at Greenberg Traurig, P.A, and spent six months clerking for the Honorable Barbara Lagoa of Florida's Third District Court of Appeal before returning to Greenberg Traurig. He has experience representing clients in both state and federal courts in a variety of substantive areas of the law including, constitutional law, insurance defense, contract law, corporate law, criminal law, family law, and bankruptcy law. Daniel has extensive experience with class action litigation, particularly at the certification stage, with forum non conveniens litigation, as well as general commercial matters. Daniel also provides litigation support during every phase of the litigation to optimize the client's position and create efficient and effective strategies for trial counsel.
